How It Works
1. Start with a Comprehensive Visit — $197
Your 45-minute visit includes a detailed review of your symptoms, health history, current treatments, labs, and health goals.
2. Decide Whether Treatment Is Right for You
We'll discuss your options together and create an individualized plan. Completing a Comprehensive Visit does not require you to begin treatment or become a member.
3. Begin Ongoing Care
If you choose to initiate treatment, your Vital Hormone Health membership begins on the first day of the following month with an initial 3-month commitment.
4. We Continue to Manage Your Care
Your membership provides ongoing follow-up, medication management, lab review, communication, monitoring, and treatment adjustments as your needs change.

Hormone pellet therapy, GLP-1 medications, peptides, and Xeomin are available for appropriate established patients.
Why a 3-Month Initial Commitment?
Starting treatment is just the beginning. It takes time to evaluate your response, monitor symptoms, review labs when appropriate, and make thoughtful adjustments.
For this reason, patients who initiate treatment agree to an initial 3-month membership commitment. After the initial three months, membership continues month-to-month and may be canceled before the next billing date.
Patients receiving hormone pellet therapy maintain active membership for at least three months following each pellet insertion.
