I’ll send you a secure lab upload form. Once you submit your results, I’ll review what you already have and create a custom lab panel for any additional testing you may need.

This helps avoid unnecessarily repeating labs.

No — I need labs.

You can choose either the Basic or Comprehensive Lab Panel below. We can get started with either option.

You’ll also have two options for paying for your labs:

Use Your Health Insurance
I’ll send your lab order through Clinical Pathology Laboratories (CPL). You’ll provide your insurance information to CPL when you have your labs drawn. Your final cost will depend on your individual insurance coverage and benefits.

Cash-Pay Through Fullscript
If you prefer not to use insurance, I can order your labs through Fullscript at the upfront cash-pay prices listed below. Your blood draw will be completed at a Quest Diagnostics location, with convenient locations in Leander, Cedar Park, Round Rock, Austin, and the surrounding area.

We can absolutely get started with the Basic Panel. Depending on your symptoms, health history, and initial results, I may recommend additional lab testing after your first visit.

Once we know which labs you need, just let me know:

1. Which panel you’d like: Basic or Comprehensive
2. How you’d like to pay: Insurance through CPL or cash-pay through Fullscript

If you have recent labs, send those first and I’ll create a custom panel specifically for you.

Once your results are available, I’ll review them in preparation for your comprehensive visit. During your appointment, we’ll discuss your symptoms, health history, lab results, goals, and treatment options and create a personalized plan moving forward.
